Mr. Phanindranath Kakarla is the Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director of ARCIL. A distinguished leader in financial services, he brings extensive experience across banking and asset management, encompassing finance, credit risk, corporate banking, transaction banking, and distressed asset management. He has deep expertise in building and scaling institutions, driving strategic transformation, and delivering sustainable value in complex and highly regulated financial environments.

As CEO & MD, he leads the organization’s strategic direction with a focus on the acquisition, resolution, and value maximization of distressed assets. He is responsible for shaping ARCIL’s growth strategy, strengthening institutional capabilities, and building a robust operating platform that integrates people, processes, and technology.

He has significant experience in managing credit and distressed asset portfolios and in developing effective resolution strategies, working closely with lenders, investors, regulators, and other key stakeholders to deliver sustainable outcomes. He partners closely with the Board, regulators, lenders, and investors to strengthen the Company’s investment (acquisition) and resolution capabilities while ensuring disciplined execution, robust governance, and prudent risk management.
